Although not often considered as part of the new system, the equipment at your control points also needs to be functional and fit in with your work processes. For long recognised as one of the premier suppliers of radio control handset and consoles for the smaller radio systems, Omnitronics are now offering the DX64 range which allows for control of major radio fleets, as well as interfacing with telephone circuits and other services such as Public Address systems. The Omnitronics DX64 is a very flexible system and can include facilities for Radio Over IP (RoIP) connections that allow control of radio systems located almost anywhere in the world, as well as those just around the corner.
For the smaller users requirements, Omnitronics still supply the basic 960 Series handsets and Consoles for control of the smaller radio systems. The major benefit of these systems is the ease of installation and the ability to very simply have control of your radio system from several points within the building and have an intercom function between points. Omnitronics also offer the independent Radio over IP devices, the IPR100 for a single circuit and the IPR400 for up to four circuits, thus enabling control of a remote radio system over a data path such as a microwave intranet or even the internet.
